HAND-ON COFFEE : 

Experience Chiang Mai’s mountain coffee culture hands-on as you harvest, process, roast, taste, and brew Arabica alongside local farmers in a forest-shaded community. 

Discover the journey of Chiang Mai’s mountain coffee at Ban Pang-Hai on this immersive full-day experience. Begin with a welcome drink and an introduction to local coffee culture and highland Arabica. Follow farmers as they harvest ripe cherries, see how they are pulped with traditional tools, and visit the drying station where beans are spread and sun-dried. Continue to the hulling and roasting areas to observe how green beans develop flavor at different roast levels, ending with a simple brewing demo and a fresh cup. After lunch, enjoy a peaceful 1–2 hour walk through the plantation as your guide shares insights on coffee varieties, soil, climate, and local life—an ideal experience for anyone wanting to understand Thai coffee from origin to cup.

Morning Coffee Experience

• 08:00 - 08:30 : Pick up from your hotel or accommodation. 

• 08:30 : Enjoy a scenic 1-hour drive through rolling hills and lush forests east of Chiang Mai. 

• 09:30 : Arrive at the coffee plantation, the starting point of the experience . 

• 09:30 : Welcome drink and introduction about Thai coffee. 

• 10:30 : Coffee harvesting and basic processing experience.

• 11:30 : Farewell to the peaceful village and relax on a 1-hour drive back to Chiang Mai. 

• 12:30 - 13.00 : Drop-off at your hotel or accommodation. 

Afternoon Coffee Experience

• 12:00 - 12:30 : Pick up from your hotel or accommodation. 

• 12:30 : Enjoy a scenic 1-hour drive through rolling hills and lush forests east of Chiang Mai. 

• 13:30 : Arrive at the coffee plantation, the starting point of the experience . 

• 13:30 : Welcome drink and introduction about Thai coffee. 

• 14:30 : Coffee harvesting and basic processing experience.

• 15:30 : Farewell to the peaceful village and relax on a 1-hour drive back to Chiang Mai. 

• 16:30 - 17.00 : Drop-off at your hotel or accommodation.
